Website Terms
Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern use of the Korea Ops Desk website. Paid assignments are additionally governed by the written quote/SOW and the Service Terms.
1. Website operator
Korea Ops Desk is operated by JS Network Inc., Republic of Korea. Company details are published on the Company Information page.
2. Website information
Website content describes general services and starting prices. It is not legal, tax, engineering, quality-certification, customs or financial advice. Availability, feasibility and final fees depend on the written scope for the specific assignment.
3. No engagement by inquiry
Submitting a contact form, sending an email, WhatsApp message or requesting a quote does not create a client engagement. Work begins only when both sides accept the scope, price and applicable terms in writing and any required payment is received.
4. Starting prices
Published prices are starting points for the stated base scope. The written quote or SOW controls the final scope, price, expenses, timing and deliverables.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layouts and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Client-owned information remains the client’s information.
6. External services and links
Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, payment services or third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their availability, security and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
7. Website availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update services, prices, policies or content without prior notice, subject to already accepted project terms.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory law that cannot be excluded.
9. Service assignments
For paid assignments, see the Service Terms. If a signed or accepted SOW/quote conflicts with general website content, the accepted project documents control the project scope and price.
