When you need this
Your sample or small business item is ready in Korea, but your team has nobody available to receive it. The supplier may need a local collection contact, or you may want photos before arranging international shipment.
What we do
- Confirm the item, release contact, address and pickup window.
- Collect the agreed item once the supplier authorizes release.
- Record package count, labels and visible condition with agreed photos.
- Coordinate additional packing or repacking if quoted and appropriate.
- Help arrange handoff to your chosen carrier or an agreed shipping provider.
- Return the pickup and handoff details, including carrier information when available.

What you receive
A collection record and agreed condition photos, followed by handoff or shipment information where included. The quote specifies who books the carrier, who pays the shipping costs and which party provides customs documentation.
