When to use this
- Emails have gone unanswered.
- Production or shipment dates keep moving.
- A quotation, sample or technical response is overdue.
- You keep receiving “in progress” without a specific next date.
- You need the Korean-side explanation before deciding whether to escalate.
What we do
We review your context, contact the named Korean counterparty by phone and/or email, ask the agreed questions, follow up within the defined cycle and record what was confirmed.
What you receive
Contact details, dates, documents or facts we could directly confirm.
The supplier’s explanation, timing or commitment, attributed to them.
Questions they did not answer or facts we could not confirm.
A practical recommendation: wait, request evidence, escalate or consider a visit.
Base scope
From $300 for one named Korean counterparty, one defined commercial issue, up to three reasonable contact attempts over up to five business days, and one written English status update.
Typical timeline
We normally confirm the quote and timing within one business day. The actual result depends on supplier responsiveness. If the supplier stays silent, the attempt history and recommended next step are still reported.
Common next step
If remote follow-up cannot resolve the uncertainty, the next step may be a commercial site visit with a pre-agreed question list.
